  • Additionally, INCLUD reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of:

    • Pricing or catalog errors
    • Regulatory or compliance-related issues

Please note: Once a product/order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You may request the courier to return your order once the delivery attempt is made, or you may receive the product and initiate a return as long as it remains in returnable condition.
