You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To initiate a cancellation, please visit the Orders section and select the order or item you wish to cancel.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can raise a return and refund request once your package arrives.
