We are pleased to inform you about our Refund and Return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product or if there is any issue, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery (this period may vary by product; please check the item page at the time of ordering for specific details).


Return Requirements:

• The item must be in its original condition.

• Tags and packaging must remain intact.

• The product should not have been used.

Once the item is picked, it will undergo a quality check. Upon approval, your refund will be processed in the next 24 - 48 hours. You are welcome to try on the product, but please take care to avoid any damage.

Refund Process:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed into the same source account used to place the order.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: You will receive a text message and an email on your registered email ID and contact number with a refund link. This link will be sent 24-48 hours after the items have been picked up.
